Amnesia is a (very) lo-fi PT2399 distortion / modulated echo based on a very underlooked DIY project by Casper Electronics. An antithesis of pristine hi-fi delay. Best suited for all things noise.
Time: sets the delay time, it goes up to around 1000ms (gets more lo-fi with longer settings).
Feedback: controls the amount of repeats (does not self-oscillate when Overload set to zero).
Overload: controls the distortion. Interacts with the Feedback knob.
Depth: sets the depth of the modulation.
Shape: controls the waveshape of the modulation (from triangle to square).
Rate: sets the speed of the modulation.
Wet: controls the volume of the affected signal.
Dry: controls the volume of the dry signal. Unity at around 3 o’clock.
